Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order ID is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

How to Start a Return:

Mention your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds & Processing:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped as soon as the return is verified.
